CHENNAI, INDIA: Dexterity, a marketing and customer informatics company, has appointed Jayendra Ramesan as its practice head, Analytics.

Ramesan will work towards setting up a global center of excellence with partnerships with leading academic institutions in India and abroad.

Before joining Dexterity, Ramesan was director, Sales and Marketing Analytics, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) – USA.

Prior to D&B, Ramesan worked at leading companies like IBM, AT&T Labs, Bell Labs (Lucent), and Coopers & Lybrand.

Ramesan brings with him over 15 years of experience in the global high-tech industry. He has a Ph.D in Business Administration (Marketing) from Florida Atlantic University and is a graduate of IIT, Madras and IIM, Ahmedabad.
