BANGALORE, INDIA: Ikya Human Capital Solutions, integrated HR solutions company with focus on staffing solutions, recruitment solutions, executive search, learning solutions and customized solutions, has appointed Subrata Nag as its chief financial officer (CFO).

Subrata holds multiple degrees in cost accountancy, company secretaryship as well as an MBA (finance).

According to a release, prior to joining Ikya, he was with Ilantus Technology, an Intel-funded IT consulting firm, as CFO.

He has held various positions in Shaw Wallace, MindTeck, Nicco Infotech and Nicco Corporation.

With over 19 years of experience, he has handled a couple of major acquisitions in the US and Singapore and was also involved in executing the merger of group companies in the US.

"It gives me great pleasure to be associated with a growing company like Ikya. Within a short period of time the company has demonstrated huge growth. I am looking forward to an enriching experience of knowledge sharing and learning with Gen-Next" said Subrata Nag on his appointment.
