I am a current Infoscion. Company is trying to be data driven for appraisal and other similar F****** things. So based on past 5 year data there will be ZERO benefits to employees in Apr too. As the saying goes.. it takes ages to build a brand and credibility but takes no time in ruin that brand. Infy has already done the damage by frustating employeed with all bloody policies e.tc.. Now it is doing damage control which will take lot of time. Meanwhile poor emp like us will keep getting rap**.

I think the panic is not about those tons of seperation requests, but about alarming rate of rejection on the fresh offers made.

Last year also they gave a hike in April and guess what, even though the basic was hiked, the overall in-hand package reduced. This is all publicity stunts, inside they are crap!
