BANGALORE, INDIA: Nokia has made its entry into the high-mega pixel mobile phone race. The company recently launched an 8 mega pixel N-series mobile phone, N86, in the Indian market. As per media reports, the smartphone is a 2-way slide dual-mode mobile computer supporting WCDMA/HSDPA, EGSM, and WLAN. With the new phone, users can enjoy videos, music, and graphics on the 2.6” Active Matrix OLED display and orientation sensor. N86 8MP comes with additional features including Flash lite 3.1, USB charging with simultaneous data transfer and UPnP and TV out. Supported WCDMA frequencies depend on the region where the device is available. With its eight mega pixel camera, dual LED flash and Carl Zeiss Optics, the Nokia N86 8MP would allow the consumers to carry a true replacement for a single purpose point-and-shoot camera.
Available in Indigo Black and White colours, Nokia N86 is priced at Rs. 27,359.
